The popular ZP1 is an industry-proven workhorse. With seal modifications like the PTFE double lip seal. The ZP1 is dedicated to the toughest viscous applications. Offering impressive versatility and durability. The ZP1 is in conformance of 3A Sanitary Standards and is a drop-in replacement for competing U1 style pumps. The ZP1 stands out from the rest for its standard upgrades, and availability, and its many options like the rectangular inlet flange. The ZP1 is also remanufacturable for added value.

The AL series, rotary lobe positive displacement pump is well-suited for a variety of applications in the poultry industry with viscosity ranges from 1 to 1,000,000 cP and it is available with several different rotor options in 10 model sizes.

The M series pumps are heavy-duty and versatile enough for hot oil. The M Series high-efficiency, heavy-duty centrifugal pump is used for sanitary and non-sanitary applications worldwide. This pump is perfectly suited for CIP, water, juices, dairy and – when modified – ideal for hot dirty oil applications.

The L series pumps line-up is designed to offer gentle and efficient product handling capable of viscosities up to 1200 cP. All models are fully CIP-able. The LC, LD, LF and LH are also 3A certified.

The JET-shear in-tank mixers are used to hydrate, dissolve, homogenize, disperse, and emulsify products consistently and efficiently covering a wide range of applications. It has multiple interchangeable stainless steel work heads designed for 3A and CIP. The JET-shear can be used in drums or tote processing and open or closed tanks, up to 5000 gallons/ 22730 liters.
