High-Pressure Homogenizer for Demanding Applications
The HST HL3 is a high-pressure piston pump with three horizontally oriented pistons. It is available in single-stage or two-stage versions, and it can handle a wide range of viscosities, from low-viscosity products like milk to high-viscosity products like peanut butter. The homogenizer is also available with a variety of cylinder valve materials, such as Rexalloy, Stellite, tungsten carbide, and ceramics, which makes it suitable for homogenizing a broad range of products, including abrasive products.
The HST HL3 is known for its high performance and durability. It is also easy to clean and maintain, which makes it a popular choice for industrial applications. It has a capacity of up to 53 gallon per minute (gal/min) and can handle pressures of up to 10,153 PSI
