Maximize Efficiency with the HST HL6 Homogenizer
The HL6 is a high-pressure piston pump homogenizer, which means that it uses a piston pump to create the high pressure required for homogenization.
The HL6 is available in a variety of configurations, including single-stage and two-stage versions. It can also be equipped with either poppet valves or ball valves. Poppet valves are better suited for low-viscosity and slightly abrasive products, while ball valves are better suited for high-viscosity and abrasive products. It has a capacity of up 203 gallons per minute (gal/min) and can handle pressures of up to 10,153 PSI. It is also available with an optional soundproofed cabinet that can reduce noise levels by up to 6 dB(A).
