Ampco Pumps Announces Growth-Focused Reorganization Within Expanding Ampco Applied Products (AAP) Division

Glendale, WI – Ampco Pumps Company today announced a growth-focused reorganization within its expanding Ampco Applied Products (AAP) Division. AAP is responsible for Ampco’s mixing and blending, homogenizer, and product unloading equipment lines.

The reorganization creates two new sales territories: AAP Western Region and AAP Eastern Region. Each territory will have dedicated sales support to increase Ampco’s regional presence and better serve new and existing customer needs. These new sales roles will further synergize with the efforts of existing Ampco Pumps Regional Sales Managers whose territories reside within the new AAP regions. This will provide an increased knowledge and support base for Ampco’s mixing, blending, homogenization, and product unloading systems.

New Sales Support

Joe Schulteis, AAP Sales – Western Region: Schulteis brings eight years of engineering experience at Ampco Pumps, most of which has focused on applied products mixing and blending applications. He holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering. The Western territory covers all states west of and including Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Gowtham Sundar, AAP Sales – Eastern Region: Sundar will cover all states east of and including Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Mississippi. His Canadian territories include all provinces east of Ontario. Sundar brings seven years of experience as an applications engineer at Ampco with overlapping responsibilities in pumps and Applied Products applications. Michael Boyd, Manager AAP – Solutions: Boyd’s mechanical engineering background and over 25 years of experience providing mixing and blending solutions make him uniquely qualified to lead the Ampco Applied Products division in this new role. Boyd will focus on new product development, spearheading application challenges, and creating new growth opportunities in European markets.
