Achieve Uniform Blends with the HST HLI90 Homogenizer
The HLI90 is a triplex high-pressure plunger pump with a homogenizing valve unit. It has a modern drive with integrated oil lubrication that eliminates the need for additional auxiliary units or cooling media, reducing operating costs and making it more environmentally friendly.
The homogenizing unit of the HLI90 can be pneumatically controlled for single-stage or two-stage homogenization, depending on the application. It also has a variety of valve materials available, such as high-strength stainless steels and sintered materials, which allows it to handle a wide range of products.
It has a capacity of up to 70 gallons per minute (gal/min) and can handle pressures of up to 10,153 PSI.
