Official Rules

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

Eligibility.  This “Don’t Gamble with your Process Drawing” (“Giveaway”) is open to all persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry.

Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions.  The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Ampco Pumps.  The Giveaway Ampco Pumps is Ampco Pumps Company (“Ampco Pumps”), located at 2045 West Mill Road, Glendale, WI 53209.  Ampco Pumps and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Giveaway, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate.  Ampco Pumps will conduct the Giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules.

Entry Period. This Giveaway has 3 specific entry dates that correspond with the drawing date and prize (one prize will awarded from the drawing). Entry date 1 begins on September 29, 2025 9:01 AM PDT and closes on September 29, 2025 at 4:59 PM PDT, Entry date 2 begins on September 30, 2025 9:01 AM PDT and closes on September 30, 2025 at 4:59 PM PDT, Entry date 3 begins October 1, 2025 9:01 AM PDT and closes October 1, 2025 at 2:59 PM PDT.

How to Enter. To be entered in the “Don’t Gamble with Your Process” drawing visit the Ampco Pumps Company exhibition booth N-7518 during the Pack Expo Las Vegas Exhibition 2025. To enter ask one of the Ampco booth staff members for a product review entry ticket. Write your name and email address on the entry ticket in the space provided. Then get your badge scanned by one of the Ampco booth staff and give the Ampco booth staff member your product review entry ticket.

Additional Entries. To receive additional entries for the drawing, ask the Ampco booth staff member to tell you about any one of the 14 in-booth products on display. Each product you learn about in the Ampco N-7518 booth will be recorded on your entry ticket by a mark placed over the product photo on the back of the ticket. The mark made by the Ampco booth staff member will count as an additional drawing entry for the entrant named on the ticket. There is a maximum of 14 entries possible per product review entry ticket. LIMIT ONE product review entry ticket per person.

Entries. LIMIT ONE ENTRY TICKET PER PERSON.  No third-party entry or entry through any Giveaway service is permitted.  Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Ampco Pumps, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.

Grand Prize.  One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded for the drawing giveaway, which consists of:

One (1) Visa Gift Card of $100 value. Winner agrees to accept the Grand Prize “as is”. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted unless at the discretion of Ampco Pumps Company. Additional terms and conditions may apply for which Ampco Pumps shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any cancellations, losses or damages. LIMIT ONE PRIZE PER PERSON.

Drawing.  One winner will be drawn from the entries collected in booth during September 29, 2025 and October 1, 2025. The drawing will be conducted by Ampco Pumps “Giveaway Official”, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Giveaway and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects.  Ampco Pumps reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Giveaway, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means.  If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address.  If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Giveaway rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing.

The Winner will be notified by email and given (12) hours to reply and confirm the receipt of the winning notification. If no response is received from the winner within (12) hours after notification is sent, the winner will be disqualified for that drawing and an alternate winner will be selected in a new random drawing.

Winners will be contacted by Ampco Pumps by email to discuss delivery arrangements.

Odds.  The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries each day from attendance, according to the eligibility requirements in the Giveaway.

WARNING:  ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY AMPCO PUMPS-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND AMPCO PUMPS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

General Terms.  By entering this Giveaway, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Ampco Pumps, which will be final and binding in all respects.  Ampco Pumps reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time.  Ampco Pumps will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Giveaway.

YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS AMPCO PUMPS, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY.  Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants Ampco Pumps a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.  

Winner’s Name.  The name of winners is available only within ten (10) days after the close of the Giveaway. To receive the name of the winners, where permitted by law, or a printed copy of the Giveaway Official Rules, please contact Ampco Pumps by email at info@ampcopumps.com to make your request.
