“Due to our ongoing operational success, we have outgrown our old building,” said Rainer Stettin, Managing Director of Ampco GmbH. “The new location is modern and efficient, and it will allow us to serve and supply our customers more fully.”
Enhancements include an updated workshop, larger assembly and machining areas, greater inventory capacity, and convenient loading areas to streamline shipping and receiving. An upgraded power supply allows testing of large motors up to 75 KW. Plus, the new location complies with the latest European laws designed to help reduce environmental impact.
“We are especially pleased with the eco-friendly construction and better insulation of this new building,” Rainer explained.
Other benefits include a larger parking lot for on-site visitors and employees. Brighter interiors, fully accessible restrooms, and multiple conference rooms create a more welcoming environment and provide the GmbH team space needed to safely meet with many customers at once. In fact, the spacious business area is three times larger than what was previously available to support Ampco’s expanding staff.
